Role Description

We are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. The Medical Receptionist should manage front office responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The role also involves maintaining medical records, handling patient inquiries, and providing general support to the healthcare team in a professional and welcoming manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling & Billing Activities
• Previous experience of 1-2 years preferred
• Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Should be ready to join in January 2026
