You will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the OP & ER/Triage. This includes overseeing the routine operations, equipment, and care of patients in the OP & ER departments. Your role will involve ensuring professional handover and takeover of shifts, coordinating with Guest Relations for resource deployment based on appointments, and understanding patient and consultant requirements to plan resource allocation effectively. Additionally, you will be in charge of staffing, material availability, equipment maintenance, and assigning duties to ensure a mix of experience and skill among the nursing team per shift. Your responsibilities will also include assisting gynecologists, obstetricians, and pediatricians in procedures, ensuring accurate medical history documentation, handling emergencies competently, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. You will provide health education and counseling to patients and their attendants, implement infection control practices, adhere to NABH and Nursing Excellence standards, and oversee equipment usage and maintenance. Maintaining records, reports, and registers as per organizational standards, accurately capturing data, and tracking Nursing Quality Indicators will be essential aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be accountable for inventory management, cost control, coordinating with the billing team, and ensuring outstanding service experience delivery. This involves maintaining a well-groomed team, implementing the Service Vision, managing OP floor services, and fostering positive relationships within the team and with other departments. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationships with consultants, inspire and lead your team effectively, conduct training and coaching sessions, resolve issues promptly, and encourage the development of team skills through fair appraisals and skill enhancement initiatives. Role & responsibilities Perform billing activities Process billing documents and generate customer invoices. Distribute invoices in a timely manner. Assist in preparing reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data. Efficiently deal with customer queries. Raise any issues or queries requiring judgement and expertise to Billing Team Lead and Billing Specialists within the team. Support Billing Lead and Billing Specialists with information needed to respond to requests from regulatory authorities and auditors. Ensure Billing Team Compliance Perform assigned billing activities in accordance with established billing policies, ensuring all billing documents and invoices comply with these guidelines. Ensure billing tasks completed before and during the period-end close align with the fiscal close calendar, allowing sufficient time for effective collaboration with relevant teams. Adhere to all Order-to-Cash (O2C) controls, ensuring proper documentation and compliance throughout the process. Apply subject-matter knowledge to accurately record billing activities and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation. Skills & Experience 2 years' experience in O2C billing operations. Strong English language skills. Strong MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude to interpret customer and financial data. Basic knowledge of finance business processes, billing policies, and statutory accounting principles to ensure compliant SSC operations. Basic knowledge of core finance and specifically billing systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality. Ability to perform billing tasks independently with minimal guidance or direction. Ability to apply concepts, methods, and terminology associated with generally accepted accounting practices/operations to new or ambiguous situations. Ability to interact with company stakeholders to ensure a high quality of service, while balancing expectations and realisations. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a proactive approach, accustomed to working towards tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work.

You will have complete accountability for project execution, including managing the scope, statement of work, client relationship, and all project approvals. You will facilitate requirements and design sessions, define processes and requirements, and obtain sign-offs for functional design documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for project planning and management, including developing project plans in MS Project and providing periodic status reports. Your role will also involve managing user acceptance and sign-off, billing activities, timesheets, and expenses. You will continuously develop internal operating efficiencies, tools, and methodologies, as well as build domain expertise and understand industry best practices. Adherence to internal processes, customer-specific project methodologies, and knowledge management processes is crucial. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will generate the billing plan for each month, monitor and manage risks, and have knowledge of quality processes. You should be capable of managing mixed technology projects, providing end-to-end solutions in functional and technical modules, and have substantial full-cycle project implementation experience. To qualify for this role, you should have a total of 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in project management. Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation, including rollouts, and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is required. PMI certification or certification in a technical focus area is preferred. Technical expertise in techno-commercial knowledge, SDLC projects, SAP, Oracle projects, supply chain analytics, relevant business processes, modules integration, current technology, and industry-specific experience is essential. Soft skills such as excellent communication, positive attitude, flexibility, maturity, proactive project management, and alignment with Mahindra RISE Pillars are also necessary for this role.,
