Medical Operations Specialist

As an experienced and research-oriented dermatologist or physician with a solid background in medical or clinical ops, you will be working with one of India's fastest growing digital health platforms to develop condition-specific treatment solutions for millions of users. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing high-quality medical care & dermatologist consultation online - Collaborating with in-house doctors to envision condition-specific solutions - Offering research-based data to the Product Formulation Team - Maintaining experimental results for pilot studies - Supervising production batches - Creating product concepts based on common skin & hair concerns in dermatology - Presenting new technologies to non-scientists Qualifications required for this role include: - MBBS + MD in Dermatology, or equivalent Medical degree - Knowledgeable in products for skin, hair, nutrition, and wellness - Experience in formulation, particularly in personal care, skincare, and haircare - Familiarity with Technology Transfer + R&D - Proficiency in handling emails, video consults, and other forms of technology - Extensive experience in dermatology You will utilize telehealth and digital platforms to communicate with users seeking consultations for skin-related concerns. Additionally, you will work on proprietary formulations like Pigmentation Cream & Face Moisturiser, and collaborate with renowned brands such as COSRX, Sesderma & Sebamed.,
