Job Title: Medical Officer

Department/ Team: Medical/ Management

Location: Kalol

Reporting to: Medical Director

Key Responsibility:

1. Drive duties including rotational duties as Medical Officer (no Night Duty)

2. Verify cross match result and testing procedure in day-to-day practice

3. Managing the issue Desk to ensure correct handling of queries

4. Ensuring timely delivery of products, filing of invoices, etc.

5. Provide consultation to Blood Bank technical and clerical personnel concerning donor selection and acceptability

6. Ensuring timely separation of components.

7. Ensuring timely separations & supply of components for bulk supply and generation of invoice.

8. Ensuring Quality Control in Component Lab

9. Ensure timely testing of donated units

10. Plans and Helps in Conduction of the refresher and regular training program of the staff in Prathama, at least two trainings in a month or 24 trainings in a year.

11. Manage Blood stock

12. Administration and documentation of Blood Bank

Required Qualification: MBBS (MCI Registered in case of qualification from foreign University)

Experience: Fresher, 1 to 2 years

1. Good Communication Skills

2. Relevant technical knowledge.

Compensation: Rs. 45,000.00 + Incentives
