Job description:
1. Phlebotomy and apharesis practices.
2. Ensure 100% blood sample collection, handle donor queries and ensure donor comfort
3. Blood grouping of sample collected
4. Conduct various tests on blood samples to ensure safety of patients
5. Cross matching with patient’s sample with donor blood sample
6. Issue required product to Patients
7. Conduct irradiation of blood component
