Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, serology, and urine analysis.
Ensure accurate sample processing, labeling, and documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers (e.g., hematology analyzer, biochemistry analyzer, centrifuge).
Prepare reagents, slides, and other lab materials as required.
Maintain quality control (QC) and follow all NABL/ISO standards (if applicable).
Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples as per laboratory protocols.
Record and report test results accurately in LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of the lab area.

Preferred candidate profile

DMLT / BMLT / MLT certification (mandatory).
Prior experience in a diagnostic/pathology lab preferred.
