We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at Oyster & Pearl Hospitals, working exclusively in night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Prepare and stain slides for microscopic examination by doctors.
Operate various laboratory instruments and equipment safely and effectively.
Keep accurate records of test results and patient information.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
Possess strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation is required.
