Medical Officer

Position Summary

The Medical Officer is responsible for providing clinical care, managing patient treatment, and ensuring the highest standards of medical service delivery in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with medical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Provide emergency care and coordinate patient referrals when necessary.
• Advise patients on health, wellness, and preventive care.
• Supervise and guide nursing and paramedical staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Participate in health camps, outreach programs, and awareness initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing clinical policies and treatment guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBBS degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration/license to practice.
• Proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
