Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and empathetic doctor to join our home care team. The role involves conducting scheduled home visits, patient assessments, care plan development, and coordination with nursing and therapy teams to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits for patient evaluation, treatment, and follow-up.
• Diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, and initiate treatment protocols.
• Provide routine care, palliative support, post-hospitalization review, or geriatric assessments.
• Coordinate with nurses, physiotherapists, and care managers for integrated service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Provide teleconsultation when needed.
• Ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort during every interaction.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized university (registration with Medical Council mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; home care or geriatric care experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/area for home visits.
• Basic proficiency in using tablets/mobile apps for EMR documentation (training provided).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
