About the Role

Medical Officers (Claims Processing)

Key Responsibilities

Process medical claims accurately within defined timelines.
Review and validate claim documents and medical details.
Coordinate with Branch Offices, LCM, MOS, Investigation, Receiving & Tabulation teams.
Maintain clear communication and escalate issues as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Qualifications

Education:
BDS / BAMS / BHMS
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of medical terminology and claim processes.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

Shift 2:
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Shift 3:
10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Rotational weekly offs: 2–4 Saturdays & Sundays depending on shift)
