Role Overview

The Medical Officer will manage the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), provide medical care, oversee health programs, and ensure compliance with statutory and EHS requirements. The role combines clinical expertise with proactive health management to keep our workforce safe and healthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health check-ups.
• Provide OPD services, first aid, and 24x7 emergency medical support.
• Organize medical camps, health awareness sessions, and first-aid trainings.
• Handle accident insurance documentation, investigation, and claim settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, ISO/OHSAS requirements, and occupational health standards.
• Maintain medical records, analyse employee health trends, and provide insights to management.

What We’re Looking For

• MBBS with valid MCI registration (AFIH/Occupational Health preferred).
• 8–10 years’ experience in industrial/occupational health, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in emergency care, compliance, and medical reporting.
• Passionate about workplace health, safety, and employee well-being.
