Job Description

Oversee and manage infection control practices within the healthcare facility or project
Design, implement, and evaluate infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to infection control standards
Provide training and guidance to medical and support staff on best practices in infection prevention
Lead investigations into infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions as necessary
Prepare and present detailed reports, including analysis and recommendations, to hospital management or project stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with Macros, and PowerPoint) for creating reports, tracking data, and presenting findings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to ensure effective infection control measures are in place
