Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Laboratory Technician, based on-site in Kozhikode. The technician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic laboratory tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of test results. Other responsibilities include adhering to quality control protocols and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care. Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment is fundamental to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and a solid understanding of Laboratory Medicine
• Hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment and related operations
• Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and analysis
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory is highly advantageous
