Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Insurance Biller. The Medical Insurance Biller will be responsible for tasks such as processing medical claims, handling insurance denials, coding procedures using ICD-10, and dealing with Medicare billing. The role involves daily interaction with insurance companies, ensuring accuracy in patient records, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to optimize revenue cycle management.

Experience with Credentialing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and understanding of Insurance policies
• Experience with handling Denials and knowledge of Medicare procedures
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
