Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Diagnostics & Emergency Coordinate smoothly between doctors, nurses, technicians & admin staff Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and emergency protocols Manage duty rosters, staff availability, grievance redressal & escalations Oversee medical inventory and ensure audit & NABH/MCI compliance Preferred candidate profile Education: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT / B.Pharma / B.Sc. Nursing (MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Admin preferred) 3-5 years of experience in a multispecialty hospital in a leadership role Should be tech-savvy (HIS, Excel, Binix, EHR proficiency) Strong team handling, communication & crisis management skills Must be familiar with hospital standards, protocols & compliance norms To Apply Contact - 9251554191
