Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Medical Equipment Service Manager in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of medical equipment. Your primary tasks will include ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, managing service contracts, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and accreditation standards. Additionally, you will interact with customers to resolve service issues and provide exceptional customer service.
