Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Medical Doctor at Dua Old Age Caring Institution. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating elderly patients, managing chronic conditions, developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with healthcare professionals. The role also involves providing compassionate care, educating residents and their families about health conditions, and ensuring a healthy and safe environment. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid medical license Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine Strong diagnostic and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications are a plus Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Show more Show less
