Qualifications

Strong counselling, empathy, and patient support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment plans
Experience in patient education and healthcare coordination
Ability to maintain detailed patient records and confidentiality
Degree in MBBS, BHMS, BMS
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
