Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Counsellor based in Ahmedabad. The Medical Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through their medical treatment plans, providing information and emotional support, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Tasks include explaining treatment options, ensuring patients understand their diagnosis and medical procedures, and maintaining detailed patient records. Qualifications Strong counselling, empathy, and patient support skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment plans Experience in patient education and healthcare coordination Ability to maintain detailed patient records and confidentiality Degree in MBBS, BHMS, BMS Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
