Job Description

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Medical Content and Training Specialist who will have a crucial role in ensuring medical accuracy, patient education, sales enablement, and internal training within the organization. This position is designed to establish credibility with patients, enhance sales team performance, support marketing efforts, and maintain consistency and quality in communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities: - Research, develop, and validate oncology-related content for patient education, website, blogs, FAQs, and brochures - Work collaboratively with oncologists and clinical experts to ensure the accuracy of content - Simplify intricate medical concepts for a patient and caregiver audience, in coordination with copywriters - Provide medically accurate content to support marketing campaigns across various platforms - Develop structured sales training modules for call center teams and DRO channels - Support onboarding programs for non-medical staff, helping them grasp oncology fundamentals and best practices in patient communication - Assist in creating CLM materials and training teams on their proper utilization - Conduct regular training refreshers based on business requirements and new product/service launches - Audit call scripts, patient communications, sales pitches, and training materials for medical accuracy and compliance - Offer feedback and coaching to teams based on call audits and quality assessments Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in medical content writing, healthcare training, patient education, or academic research - PhD, Postdoctoral Fellowship, or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields - Strong understanding of oncology or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to the field - Excellent ability to translate complex medical information into simple, engaging communication for non-medical audiences - High attention to detail with a commitment to medical and brand accuracy - Familiarity with SEO principles and healthcare marketing best practices is considered a plus - Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with doctors, marketers, sales teams, and SEO teams,
