Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our team in Mysore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in medical coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD, CPT, and E&M coding standards.
• Review medical records and ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve coding-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health information (HIPAA compliance).
• Stay updated with coding regulations, payer policies, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification: CPT certified OR completed Medical Coding Training.
• Knowledge of ICD, CPT, Surgery and E&M coding is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Eligibility

• Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in medical coding.
• Must be local to Mysore.
• Should be ready to join immediately.
