Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and extract relevant clinical information.
• Assign

  ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS

  codes according to coding guidelines.
• Ensure

  accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal QA teams to maintain

  high-quality output

  .
• Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining coding precision.
• Stay updated with coding guideline changes and specialty-wise updates.
  

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of

  ICD-10 / CPT

  coding principles.
• Good knowledge of

  Human Anatomy & Physiology

  .
• Ability to read and interpret clinical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
  

Preferred (but Optional):

• CPC / COC / CCS

  certified candidates.
• Experience in

  Inpatient / Outpatient / Radiology / E&M / Surgery Coding

  .

Eligibility

• Graduates

  in Life Science / Paramedical / Allied Health / Nursing / BPT / B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Pharm D.

• Freshers and Experienced

  candidates can apply.
• Certification is a plus, but

  non-certified candidates

  with strong basics are welcome.
