Position: Hospital Billing Executive / Billing Clerk

Department: Accounts / Billing

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Hospital Administrator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process inpatient and outpatient bills accurately.
• Verify consultant fees, procedure charges, investigations, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Nursing Station and Pharmacy for charge reconciliation.
• Handle TPA/Insurance claims, pre-authorization, and final settlements.
• Manage daily billing reports, cash handling, and deposits.
• Support internal audits and maintain accurate patient financial records.
• Ensure timely billing closure at discharge.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hospital billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hospital billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills.
