Seeking Night Shift Candidate: Medical Biller

The Medical Billing Associate will be responsible for supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers with their billing-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update patient information within the system
• Confirm patient insurance policy status through web or call
• Process claims using EHR software
• Enter remittance details in the software
• Follow up on unsettled claims via Web or by Call
• Perform additional related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any Science or Commerce field

Skills and Proficiencies:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficient computer skills, including Gmail, G Suite, Excel, etc.
• Ability to learn quickly, focusing on and adapting to new tasks
• Strong internet research capabilities for troubleshooting day-to-day challenges
• Adherence to high ethical standards, self-motivation, and a commitment to contributing positively to the business

Comprehensive training will be provided, with additional financial incentives upon completion.
