Key Responsibilities:
External Scientific Engagement:
Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare professionals.
Communicate complex scientific concepts, clinical data, and portfolio in an accurate, balanced, and engaging manner.
Identify and gather field insights that inform clinical development, strategy, and evidence generation.
Critical Project Leadership:
Lead and coordinate strategic medical projects
Drive execution of cross-functional projects with Clin dev, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Provide medical/scientific expertise in business case development, government partnerships, and regulatory submissions.
Support scientific communication strategy, including publications, congress activities, and medical education programs.
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and commercial colleagues to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Act as a medical/scientific resource for internal training, workshops, and capability-building programs.
Contribute to development of Clinical & Scientific plans, evidence-generation strategies, and KOL mapping.
Qualifications & Experience
Advanced degree (MD, PhD or equivalent in life sciences).
At least experience of 2 years in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific engagement (Life Sciences experience strongly preferred).
Prior exposure to cell and gene therapy, oncology, or immunology highly desirable.
Strong scientific acumen and ability to translate science into impactful communications.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Core Scientific expertise in Cell and gene therapy, or T-Cell biology, Immune Oncology, Auto Immune diseases and Stem Cell Transplants.
Cell manufacturing/Analytical knowledge is +
Medical Communication is crucial: Candidate should be able to translate complex science for diverse audience.( internal & external)
Project leadership-Involvement in large collaborations, Consortia or Cross functional projects.
Publication & Medical Education experience
