Job Description

Your role: Develop media approach and plans for Personal Health business of Philips, executing campaigns for B2C audience. Develop and manage end to end campaign plan leveraging offline: TV, Onground, Print, cinema etc. and Online: Search, Social media, Display, OTT/video marketing, CRM, event amplification, Ecommerce etc. Timely execution of plans across platforms Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize regularly Build long term partnerships with the significant media partners for cost & plan optimization Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth, both in the hub and in the market on activation marketing topics. Agency internal & external management to ensure seamless execution Leverage best practices and help to streamline the activation marketing processes on in the market. Recommend budgets and plan for given business or marketing objective. Measure performance and ROI of marketing efforts You're the right fit if: 7-9 years of hands on digital marketing experience with strong technical knowledge. Experience of working in B2C industry (FMCD/FMCG/agency) is desirable. Experience in omni channel Media & campaign execution for B2C business is a must Tech/digital savvy. Strong Communication and influencing skills Strong stakeholder management skills
