Location: Onsite Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Performance Marketing / Media Buying About the Role: We're hiring a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) . This role focuses exclusively on search arbitrage strategies acquiring targeted traffic at a cost lower than its monetized value through affiliate offers or direct-response funnels. The ideal candidate knows how to scale campaigns fast, optimize profit margins, and consistently turn paid clicks into measurable revenue. Key Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and scale high-performance paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, GDN) and Meta Ads (FB/IG) . Run search arbitrage campaigns by acquiring traffic to promote high-converting offers or monetized landing pages. Conduct in-depth keyword research , audience targeting , and market analysis to identify profitable search and interest segments. Optimize campaigns daily based on KPIs like CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, EPC, and ROI . Create, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy to maximize quality scores and engagement. Collaborate with affiliate managers and ad networks to align traffic strategies with offer availability. Use advanced tracking tools for accurate attribution and reporting. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in media buying for Google Ads and Meta Ads , with a focus on performance marketing. Proven experience running profitable search arbitrage campaigns. Deep knowledge of platform bidding strategies, ad quality scores, and campaign scaling. Skilled in A/B testing creatives and optimizing landing page flows for conversion. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution platforms. Experience working with affiliate networks, performance-based offers, or direct advertiser deals. Bonus Points: Experience in managing international GEOs and scaling traffic profitably across diverse regions. Familiarity with ad compliance policies and approval processes on Google and Meta.
