Media Buyer

In the role of Media Buyer - Google Ads at Dare Network, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms like Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Your primary focus will be scaling B2B lead generation campaigns across different industries, while also managing and growing D2C e-commerce campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include conducting advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis, managing monthly budgets exceeding 30-40L, and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, GA4, and GTM. You will collaborate with creative and strategy teams to build high-converting funnels and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting. It is essential to stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI tools, and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong B2B track record. - Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM & Conversion Tracking (Pixel/Event setups), Keyword & Audience Research. - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. - Ability to handle large-scale budgets and optimize across funnels. - Bonus: Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Google Looker Studio, MCP servers, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
