Job Description

NOTE: THIS JOB IS FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED AS AFFILIATE MARKETING EXECUTIVES (MEDIA BUYERS) AS PUBLISHER

Role:

Drive affiliate traffic to deliver quality leads/installs/sales for new customer acquisition on CPL/CPI/CPS/CPT negotiation basis/pricing types.
Should have expertise in paid media Google Ads/ Meta Ads/ Bing Ads/ Native Ads and Email Marketing or Search Arbitrage.
Analyze affiliate and DSP performance daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, and develop key metrics to share with affiliates.
Should have expertise in Ad SPY Tools and Cloaking Tools.
Should have experience on campaigns based on Nutra / Insurance / eCom / Beauty / Health/ Adult.
Should identify new offers from networks and test for winning campaigns.
Monitor the campaign's daily pace and troubleshoot issues with internal campaign management and clients.
Analyze affiliate marketing campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Responsible for the entire funnel flow on the website/app for customers and ensuring a high conversion rate & average order value.
Should be able to do campaign management. (Set up/ tracking/ creatives/ traffic source/pay-out / KPI/volume)

Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be managing CPL/CPA/CPS campaigns efficiently to ensure consistent monetization and delivery deployments.
You will collaborate closely with different affiliate network platforms to align and ensure optimal outcomes.
Should be able to create ad creatives using any photo/media editing tool.
Identify new affiliate networks and sign-up for new offers.
It is advantageous to have expertise in email marketing or search arbitrage but not mandatory.
