Role Overview You are the Media & Content Team Lead responsible for spearheading the digital media strategy and content initiatives at our EdTech brand. Your role involves combining media leadership, content strategy, and people management to ensure efficient scaling of the brand while maintaining high-quality engagement with learners, parents, and educators. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Video Editors, Video Graphers, content writers, and designers. - Own the end-to-end media funnel: awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention. - Set quarterly performance goals, allocate budgets, and drive KPIs such as CAC, LTV, organic growth, and engagement. - Align media & content strategy with launches, academic calendars, and brand campaigns. - Oversee branding, performance marketing, and social media trends. Content Strategy & Writing - Build and execute a content calendar including titles, blogs, ads, landing pages, newsletters, and video scripts. - Ensure content is aligned with learner journeys for students, parents, and professionals. - Maintain brand tone of voice across all platforms. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media, with at least 1 year in a team lead/managerial role. - Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. - Proficiency with Performance Marketing Trends. - Experience in EdTech and e-learning is preferred. - Leadership skills: ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally.
