Media and Client Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Media & Client Acquisition Executive who can drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients for our hoarding and outdoor advertising network across Moradabad.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about media and brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for ensuring full site occupancy and maintaining strong relationships with local and regional businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients from sectors such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, real estate, and production houses.

• Promote and sell hoarding spaces and advertising opportunities.

• Ensure maximum occupancy of all outdoor sites managed by the company.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for site availability, proposals, and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field will be preferred however ideal and experienced candidates will be considered.

• Prior experience in media sales, outdoor advertising, or client acquisition preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong local market understanding and networking ability.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
