Mechanical Trainer

You will be responsible for training students in the Mechanical stream, focusing on basic machines, CNC Turn/Mill operations, and Additive manufacturing. Your expertise in softwares like Creo, Mastercam, and CADD will be essential for conducting these training sessions effectively. As a Mechanical Trainer, you will evaluate students" skills and knowledge to identify areas for improvement and provide support in CNC Machining activities for other departments by involving the trainees. Additionally, you will support ISO related activities and document preparation, as well as plan and procure materials and tools for training purposes. Your role will also involve conducting training for cross-functional teams as needed, supporting and mentoring trainees, and training students in autonomous maintenance to ensure the basic condition of machines. Shop floor safety during training sessions will be a key priority, along with supporting Learning Management System (LMS) activities and engaging in continual improvement activities at the training center. Furthermore, you will be responsible for workshop coordination, training content development, and planning the training calendar. You will also conduct orientation sessions and organize on-the-job training for new hires, evaluate the success of training programs, and provide recommendations for enhancements to upper management to improve effectiveness. Overall, your role as a Mechanical Trainer will play a crucial part in developing the skills and knowledge of students in the Mechanical field, ensuring a safe and effective training environment, and contributing to the continual improvement of training programs at the center.,
