CREO Engineer-Surfacing Plastics

As a CREO Engineer specializing in Surfacing for Plastics, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills in Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T), Concept Development, Creo, Assembly Management, and Surfacing. With a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience, this role is based in Hyderabad, India. To excel in this position, you should hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have an overall work experience of 4-5 years, particularly in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design. Proficiency in CAD tools is essential, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Creo 4.0/Creo'7 modules, focusing on Solid Modeling, Detailing, Surfacing, and managing large assemblies. Your responsibilities will include modeling Plastic and Sheet Metal components using Creo part modeling and surfacing modules, along with expertise in Advanced Surfacing techniques such as Blends, Boundary Blends, Sweeps, and Free-Form. Designing and developing Plastic and casting parts for Automotive and Off-Highway equipment will be a key part of your role, requiring a deep understanding of material selection and Plastic Manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will be involved in creating complicated surfaces, Skeleton models, and large assemblies using Top-down/Bottom-up approaches in Creo. Applying GD&T, good verbal, and written communication skills are also essential to succeed in this position.
