Position 1: Mechanical Project Engineer

We are looking for a creative & dynamic Mechanical Engineer to execute Chemical Dosing Project for Industrial Water treatment independently.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Reputed Institute with min. 75% marks.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Mechanical Engineering. Working knowledge in
Industrial Water treatment or Chemical Dosing Systems preferred.
Skills:
- Mechanical expertise with basic Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge.
- Engineering design & drawing (AutoCAD) capabilities.
- Project Cost estimation & execution independently.
- Learning agility, Positive attitude & Stronge Communication Skills
- Good Command over English to handle clients based in Australia & New Zealand
Details Responsibilities:
- Review Project enquiry, finalize scope of supply & technical specifications.
- Prepare technical & cost-effective commercial offer along with pre-order drawings / documents.
- Attend customers technical meetings and clarify technical queries up to technical offer approved by Customer.
- Make engineering design for Customized Chemical Dosing System. Prepare Basic & Detail engineering drawings/documents (P&ID, Datasheets, GAD, Layout & Project Schedule etc.) and submit for approval.
- Design & Build Full Proof Engineering and Project Cost optimization.
- Attend Consultants (Mecon, EIL, DCPL & TCE) meeting to clarify their technical queries / comments and obtain approvals.
- After drawings/documents approval, start procurement of bought out materials.
- Supervise manufacturing/fabrication procedure as per project schedule/Bar chart.
- Internal inspection of dosing system stage wise as per approved QAP. Review of MTC and lab test report and preparation of internal inspection report.
- Conducted client and third-party inspections to verify product quality and performance in front of surveyors.
- Organize packing & dispatch material based on clients dispatch clearance.
- Supervision of erection & commissioning at Customer sites.
- Train plant operators and handover the System to Customer with MOM.
- Execute projects within budget in time without any LD / Penalty.
- Achieve 100% Monthly Billing Plan and Business Top line growth. Margin improvement.
- Coordinate with BUs / Stakeholders for successful execution & business development.
- Trouble shooting and Root Cost Analysis.
- Better utilization of resources and optimize inventory.
- Update project progress status to BUs & Customers on a weekly basis.
- Establish customer trust and foster strong business relationships.
- Follow Safety Plan and maintain Safety Culture at workplace.
