Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and systems function efficiently. Your main duties will include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance. You will work closely with the operations team to address equipment-related concerns and optimize performance. In this role, you will also be required to maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance activities is crucial. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing training and conducting performance evaluations. Monitoring and managing the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools will be part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations when necessary. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule.
