Qualification: BE-Mech-3-5 yrs or Diploma 2-4 Yrs of exp Maintenance work of our plant equipment Preventive maintenance Preventive Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Annual Maintenance, Why Why Analysis, MTBR, MTTR, TPM, TQM, Root Cause Analysis, KAPA, OEE Maintain critical parts inventory, Documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, MIS, Machine History Card. Machine Development, Special Machinery Automation, Machine Installation, Machine Alignment, Vendor Development, Outsourcing Machining Work, Generate Bill Of Material And Quotation, Implement Safety, Health and Environment system of the plant concerning man, machine and material safety, Life Saving Rules Operation and Maintenance work of plant equipments Monitor all plant production and processing Proper Operation and regular day to day Maintenance of all the utilities at locations Continuous improvement of plant operation and process to easy and ultimately leading to cost effective production Maintaining Equipment history and maintenance activities of the equipment Proper Documentation and record keeping of all the activities of plant Preventive maintenance, Periodic maintenance work of scheduled plan Preparing and maintaining shutdown maintenance schedule and periodic checklist Preparing and maintaining Annual shutdown work schedule Root cause analysis and corrective action plan preparation
