Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: As a pressure vessel manufacturing specialist, your role will involve analyzing drawings and overseeing the manufacturing process of various equipment such as stripping columns, evaporators, conveyors, radiators, pneumatic blowers, cyclones, dryers, and other solid handling machineries. You will be responsible for analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) in accordance with the drawings provided. Additionally, you will schedule fabrication work based on project requirements and ensure contractors adhere to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing drawings and overseeing the manufacturing of pressure vessels and various industrial equipment - Reviewing and interpreting BOQ and BOM to ensure accuracy in manufacturing process - Scheduling fabrication work to meet project deadlines - Providing guidance to contractors to maintain quality standards - Implementing improvements in fabrication techniques and equipment accessories - Collaborating with the drafting team for seamless coordination Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in analyzing drawings and manufacturing pressure vessels and industrial equipment - Strong understanding of BOQ and BOM interpretation - Excellent project management and coordination skills - Ability to ensure quality standards are met during the fabrication process - Effective communication skills to work with contractors and drafting team In addition to the challenging role, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses.
