Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on printing presses, die cutters, laminators, slitters, and packaging machines.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical faults and repair or replace defective parts (bearings, gears, belts, shafts, etc.).
⚙ Machine Setup & Calibration: Assist in machine setup and alignment for different production runs, ensuring precision and quality.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and parts used.
Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure machines meet product specifications.
Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and request replenishments as needed.
