Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing shutdown and maintenance projects in the oil and gas industry, specifically at the Panipay Refinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime during shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise shutdown and maintenance tasks at the Panipay Refinery.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, adhering to industry standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to prevent extended downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers during shutdowns, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, shutdowns and project within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
