Mechanical Engineering Trainer - Industry 4.0| Full Time

We are seeking a passionate Mechanical Engineering professional with strong technical foundations and a growth mindset to train learners in Industry 4.0 technologies. This includes 3D printing, CAD modeling, design optimization, generative design, and introductory AI/ML programming in Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on:
• 3D printing technologies and additive manufacturing workflows
• CAD modeling: sketching, solid modeling, and STL generation
• Slicing tools and part printing processes
• Topology optimization and generative design techniques
• Basics of Industrial IoT (IIoT), including sensors and actuators
• Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing
• Simple Python tasks like reading data files, basic visualizations, regression/classification
• Evaluate learner performance, conduct assessments, and provide actionable feedback
• Collaborate with content and academic teams to enhance delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Familiarity with 3D printing workflows and STL formats
• Basic understanding of any programming language (Python preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with learners
