Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Faculty/Trainer to join our team at the Core Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM+MEP, Quantity Surveying (QS), QA/QC, NDT, and Oil & Gas domains. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course content, and mentoring students to ensure they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM+MEP, QS, QA/QC, NDT, and Oil & Gas.
• Prepare structured course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Mentor and guide students on academic and project-related work.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and incorporate them into training.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, QA/QC, NDT, Oil & Gas, and related areas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in classroom and practical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Prior industry or teaching experience in MEP, QA/QC, NDT, or Oil & Gas.
• Experience in preparing training content and handling certification programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• 6months: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Malayalam (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
