Key Responsibilities Design and Development : Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Project Management : Coordinate and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality control processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of mechanical components and systems. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into larger projects, and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Identify and resolve mechanical design issues using analytical skills and practical engineering principles. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, MS-Office Key Requirements Experience : 3-4 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering within the industrial sector. Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
