Key Responsibilities:

1)Oversee and manage daily production activities in shipbuilding/boat manufacturing.

2)Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure production efficiency.

3)Troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize fabrication and Fiberglass Process.

4)Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

5)Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment within boat manufacturing or Ship Building.

Strong understanding of fabrication and Fiberglass processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
