Mechanical Engineer Fresher

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for updating our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements. You will set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Your role will involve determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures and overseeing the quick and timely resolution of quality assurance-related issues related to die casting. In this position, you will monitor the entire production cycle, performing regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability. You will be expected to identify the root causes of technical issues and recommend appropriate fixes. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on malfunctions and corrective actions, such as the number of defective raw materials per order. Reviewing current blueprints and quality documentation will also be part of your duties. This is a full-time position that requires working in person at our location.
