Position: BIM Manager (Mechanical) Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote). Role Overview We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager (Mechanical) based in India. This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates able to Work from home. You’ll independently manage and coordinate BIM processes for mechanical systems within construction projects, collaborating closely with project teams. Key Responsibilities Independently manage BIM coordination for mechanical (MEP) systems in construction projects Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration Utilize Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and apply pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project delivery Review, model, and troubleshoot MEP systems and provide proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirements Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination Ability to model Mechanical room to the fabrication level detail from schematics is must.
