Mechanical Engineer Design & 3D Modelling

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 2+ years of experience in designing and 3D modelling. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative mechanical designs, preparing detailed 3D models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Develop 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, etc.). • Create and modify detailed engineering drawings, assemblies, and BOMs. • Conduct feasibility studies and ensure designs comply with engineering standards. • Collaborate with the manufacturing Vendors to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective. • Participate in product prototyping, testing, and validation processes. • Work on continuous improvement of existing designs and processes. • Support documentation and prepare technical reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical. • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and 3D modelling. • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Creo/Inventor or similar). • Strong understanding of GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes. • Knowledge of product lifecycle and design for manufacturability (DFM). • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience with FEA/CAE tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.). • Exposure to additive manufacturing/3D printing. • Familiarity with PDM/PLM software.
