As a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in construction machinery monitoring and operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance coordination, and efficient utilization of heavy construction equipment used at project sites. You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, ensuring proper usage, safety, and maintenance of equipment, coordinating with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams, tracking machine performance, breakdowns, and service schedules, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues, and maintaining operation reports, logbooks, and compliance records to ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily operations of construction machinery at project sites - Ensure proper usage, safety, and maintenance of equipment - Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams - Track machine performance, breakdowns, and service schedules - Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support repairs - Maintain operation reports, logbooks, and compliance records - Ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine productivity Requirements: - B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment - Good knowledge of concrete equipment and heavy machinery operations - Ability to work on multiple sites and travel when required - Basic understanding of safety and operational standards - Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills: - Experience in RMC plants or construction equipment rental companies - Strong problem-solving and monitoring skills - Practical, site-oriented approach In addition to the key responsibilities and requirements outlined above, our company specializes in construction machinery operations and rentals, including equipment across multiple sites in India.
