Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
installation
,
commissioning
, and
maintenance
of mechanical equipment like crushers, conveyors, kilns, mills, fans, and gearboxes.
Monitor and inspect
insulation
work on ducts, rotary kilns, and hot gas lines.
Perform and supervise
preventive and predictive maintenance
of rotary equipment and auxiliaries.
Conduct
mechanical testing
: alignment checks, vibration analysis, thermography, and thickness measurements.
Participate in
shutdown planning, execution
, and post-maintenance commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults impacting production.
Maintain equipment history records and generate daily maintenance reports.
Manage
spare parts planning
, inventory control, and contractor supervision.
Familiar with mechanical standards (ASME, ISO) and condition monitoring tools.
Skilled in using CMMS (e.g., SAP, MAXIMO).s.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant discipline.
6- 8 years of experience within the
cement, heavy industrial, or similar large-scale plant
setup.
