Mechanical Design & Process Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new technology and machines into production processes.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and execute improvements.
• Modify machines, technology, and processes to achieve operational goals.
• Guide the team in developing critical parts and enhancing product quality.
• Design mechanical components, jigs, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.

• Strong background in mechanical/process engineering.
• Experience in machine modifications, design, and process improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience:

  3–7 years in mechanical design, machine modification, or process improvement in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and jigs/fixture design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
