Experience - 6+yrs
1. Accurate Drawings that are approved in first review
2. 3D Modelling , 2D for new products
3 .Design for Manufacturability(DFM)
3 .Impact on Costing of Part
4. Good Quality Products within budgeted cost of manufacturing
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY (i.e. Deliverables, preferably up to
5) 1. Understand Project & RFQ Requirements & translate to Drawings
2. Prepare Accurate 3D 2D Parts drawings
3. Simplify design to reduce complexity in manufacturing
4 .Ensure Design for Manufacturability(DFM)
4. Part Costing aligned with Customer target 5.Avoid unnecessary tight tolerances or intricate features.
1. Prepare Accurate 3D 2D Parts drawings within Project time expectations using Solid works
2. Meet deadlines
3. Review drawings , process driven
3. 3D Modelling, simulation, interfernce Reports
3. Align features with Customer Requirments
4. Consider Materials & Finish choices, Tolerances , packaging , aesthetics in Drawing
